We didn’t hang on the pool deck because we were too busy, but we will next year. This might be the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed at. It's like the hotel is alive, everything your eye sees is beautiful. There is detail everywhere, artistic elements on columns, elevator doors, walls, the ceramic tiles indicating your room number, it's all beautiful and you haven't even got to your room yet. I don't know if all rooms are as big or if all the balconies make you feel like you're in a jungle but my room (459) was wonderful. Miami International Airport is 20 minutes' drive from the accommodation. The Mayfair House unique beautiful property with gorgeous outdoor/inside greenery. Our room was lovely snd we especially liked the private outdoor terrace. The staff were very attentive and friendly. The location is bar none if you’re planning on hanging out in The Grove. I also felt very safe because there was tight security.

David at reception could tell we just arrive from an all night flight, and found us a room in our chosen category well earlier than our check in time of 3pm. Now don't count on this all time as I imagine it was due to availability, however these days most staff won't go thru the bother to help like that, so thanks a lot David! The bar staff was equally great with yummy cocktails and the room was perfect.
